How It Works
Our Hiring Process
Renard International maintains an active database of over 70,000 hospitality industry professionals in North America and worldwide. We source, identify, and approach suitable candidates from reputable companies achieved by networking calls, direct recruiting, advertising, and our database. Selected candidates will be pre-screened and asked to complete a profile information form and/or other similar evaluation tools, which will be used as part of the search and evaluation process that will be kept confidential. This process will determine the candidate's suitability, motivation, and qualification.
Renard International will assist with interview preparation for shortlisted candidates and will handle the process directly with the client. After the interview, both client and candidate debriefings will be conducted. Either prior to a formal offer or based on a conditional offer, we will enact reference checks.
Renard International will review compensation package and if required, will assist in negotiations.
